Hello. I am running a Dell Inspiron (2010, don't have the product numerics memorized) with Windows 7 64bit. I tried to move a prgram ovever I backed up from an 03 laptop, which ran fine, that also ran fine on a thumb drive and activated through the computer its plugged into. The prgram is a database software for Model Trains called Yard Office, but that won't mean much. I had to factory-reset the laptop due to video driver issues not letting videos play out, and had not run Yard Office before that. However, now, when I try to run Yard Office, it gives me the error in the title. I tried it in compatibility for MS03, with and without the servicepacks. None of those worked either, so I'm missing an obvious file that was on those systems. I do not however, know anything else about FoxPro beyond that. I tried searching it on Google (preferred over Bing. Sorry guys) and didn't understand what the website was saying, beyond it sounds like I'll have to buy something that I should already have.
Fat. Chance.
