Forge Installer Windows 10

I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7.

Feb 15, 2017  Hi, I am trying to install forge so that my kids can use a instantmassivestructure mod. They are running windows 10 edition for PC. When I try to install forge it gives me the option as installing as a client and then provides a message at the bottom 'there is no minecraft directory set up. 156 rows  Downloads for Minecraft Forge - MC 1.7.10. Windows Installer.

Then I accidentally uninstalled Windows Installer when I was trying to uninstall Windows Messenger.

I've tried repeatedly to find out how to reinstall Installer to no avail.

Do I need to reinstall? If yes, how? I need explicit instructions.

Also, when I try to uninstall Messenger, I get a notice that it cannot be uninstalled.

Are these two subjects related, or is this coincidence?

I have tried to uninstall windows installer. Tried everything and nothing works.

I think it is Trojan and stops ever at tempt. Why doesn't Microsoft fix this piece of junk ??????
