Installing and Upgrading
Installing Oracle 11g on Windows Operating System 1.In Oracle 11g folder click on the setup icon. In the next step you will see window like below. To fix that error just check the first two options i.e., 4. It will ask permission like this click ' Allow access ' button to allow it. After downloading the two zip files related to Oracle 11G R2. Create a folder in some directory (For say 'Oracle11GR2'). Extract both zip files into the same folder 'Oracle11GR2'. And run setup.exe file present inside /database/setup.exe. It should run correctly now. In fact, for Oracle installation issue.
