When the keyboard is listed, select it, and follow the instructions to successfully pair your Wedge Keyboard. Aug 05, 2015 I tried to set the Wedge Mobile Keyboard in pairing mode as described in the manual but it does not work for me: 'Press and hold the Connect button on the underside of the device for 3 to 5 seconds. A small light on the front of the device blinks green and red alternately.'

Method 1:
Run the network troubleshooter and check if it works.
Follow the steps to run the Network troubleshooter:
A. Press Windows key + C on your keyboard to show the Charms bar.
b. Type Troubleshooting and click Troubleshooting under Settings.
c. Now type Network Troubleshooter in the search option.
d. Click on Networktroubleshooter to run the troubleshooter.
Method 2:
You may try to update the latest Windows 10 driver from the manufacturer website and check.

If no Windows 10 drivers are available then, you may install in Compatibility mode:

a. Right click the driver installation file and select Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
B .Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
c. Tap or click the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click OK.
d. Try installing the driver and check.
